Cooperation
International cooperation and mobility

Internationalisation of education is made possible by the ERASMUS+ and CEEPUS mobility programmes and by direct bilateral agreements with other higher-education institutions.
Student and staff mobility
In this way students can develop their competences in communication, cooperation, creativity and problem-solving – competences that are essential for functioning well in an increasingly global society. Staff of the Faculty, in turn, can use these programmes to build their knowledge and skills at prestigious universities in Europe and around the world.
Erasmus+
At Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food – Skopje successfully takes part in the European Union's Erasmus+ programme in higher education, which enables cooperation and the exchange of students and staff between partner universities in Europe.
Within the Erasmus+ programme, UKIM publishes annual calls for student and staff mobility to higher-education and research institutions in Europe with which Erasmus cooperation agreements have been signed.
CEEPUS
Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food – Skopje in three international CEEPUS networks
The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food – Skopje, part of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, takes an active part in three international academic networks of the CEEPUS programme (Central European Exchange Programme for University Studies), which open new opportunities for academic mobility and international cooperation.
In the 2026/2027 academic year, the Faculty takes part in the following networks:
- HU-0003 – Agriculture and Environment in the 21st Century – @groen
- SI-1817 – Tourism and Agriculture Sustainable Alliances – #TASA
- SI-2023 – Innovative Biosciences for Sustainable Agriculture in Southeast Europe (Umbrella Network)
Through these networks, students and teaching staff gain opportunities for study stays, the exchange of knowledge and experience, and teaching and research at partner universities in Central and Eastern Europe.
In this way, the Faculty continues to strengthen its international cooperation, to encourage academic mobility and to contribute to the quality of higher education and research.
More information about mobility opportunities and applications is available on the official CEEPUS website.
