Проектот „Мерење на нивото на зајакнување на жените во земјоделството со примена на експериментален економски метод" има за цел да придонесе кон зајакнување на жените од руралните средини и нивното зголемено учество и лидерство во земјоделскиот сектор.
Како резултат на проектот, се спроведува истражување за да се измери Индекс на зајакнатост на жените во земјоделството и да се анализираат мерките за поддршка на земјоделството и руралниот развој, со цел поврзување со прашањето на родова еднаквост и вклученост на жените во земјоделството.

Project Name: "Measuring Women Empowerment in Agriculture in the Republic of Macedonia with survey based and experimental economic method"
The project "Measuring Women Empowerment in Agriculture in the Republic of Macedonia with survey based and experimental economic method" has a main purpose to contribute to the empowerment of the rural women and their increased participation and leadership in the agricultural sector. As a result, a field research is conducted to measure the Women Empowerment Index in Agriculture and to analyze the measures for support in agricultural and rural development, in order to address the issue of gender equality and the women inclusion in agriculture.

On the occasion of the International
Day of Rural Women, the National Federation of Farmers together with the
Network for Rural Development and in partnership with the Faculty of
Agricultural Sciences and Food, organized an event dedicated to the role
of women in rural areas and the inequalities and challenges they are facing.
The event was supported by UN Women and the Swedish Cooperative Centre We
Effect. The event hosted around 80 women farmers, women from rural areas, NGOs
and representatives from the central and local government that discussed the
challenges and ways forward in improving the social and economic status of
women in rural areas.
