MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS CONTROL LABORATORY | Print |
The laboratory is located on the second and underground floor of the Faculty of Agriculture Sciences and Food, with an overall area of 32m2.

  • Meat grinding machine -Koncar;
  • Bowl chopper (Mado);
  • Filler (Tre Spade);
  • Ice flakes making machine (Scotsman);
  • Atmos chamber for thermal processing (Chran Mechanina);
  • Mixer (Vakona);
  • Vacuum packing machine;
  • Refrigerators;
  • Scales;
  • Tools;
  • Brine injector

Analyses
  • Presence of additives in meat products;
  • Physical and chemical analyses of meat;
  • Meat decaying processes;
  • Taste analyses of meat and meat products.
Main activities
  • Scientific-research projects;
  • Conducting experiments for B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. thesis;
  • New products testing;
  • Preparation of new products.
